Method 1: Via Your iPhone
Step 1: To begin, unlock your iPhone, and then navigate your way to the Apple Watch app on your homescreen, and then click on it the icon.
Step 2: Once you’re on the app, you then need to tap on the General option.
Step 3: Upon reaching the general settings, you then need to scroll down until you see the About tab, then tap on it to continue.
Step 4: You’ll then be presented with a range of information about your Apple Watch device, and one of the options will say Model, with numbers next to it.
This isn’t the serial number however, so you need to tap on it to reveal the serial number.
Step 5: Tapping on this will then provide you with the actual serial number, which should start with an A, and then be followed by a four-digit number.
